Transforming Homes and Gardens is a family-owned, boutique landscaping company based in Perth. Established in 2006, we built our reputation solely through word of mouth and recommendations, with no paid advertising.
Owner Graham Sweeney has around 20 years' experience across all facets of landscaping. Our team manages every trade on a project, from concept to completion, using reputable suppliers and quality products, and handles council approvals along the way.
